Current Positions:
Graphic Artists - Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. May use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
Web Designer - Web designers are responsible for creating the look and feel of World Wide Web pages for a client's Web site. This involves developing a graphic design that effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the Web site. A web designer may take part in the initial planning of a Web site, meeting with the client to discuss ideas for the layout and organization of the site, the types of colors or images to use (photos, illustrations, videos, etc.), and other matters concerning overall graphic design. Sometimes a web producer has already developed a basic concept for the web page. In this case it is the web designer's task to create a design that matches the producer's ideas.
Jr. Technology Sales Representative - Technology sales reps are responsible for either dealing with customers and/or businesses face-to-face or speaking with them over the phone. You may sell products such as computers, servers, and peripherals from manufacturers like Dell, IBM, Compaq/HP, as well as Microsoft Software, Cisco routers and switches. A technology sales representative not only needs to understand the product he is selling, but he must also understand components that are connected with that technology. For example, if you're selling a computer, you will also need to understand all of the components of the computer, processing speed, wireless network information, hard drive space and popular software programs that will be installed in a computer. Outside personal study of the industry you are working in is necessary to become successful. We provide manufacture on-line ongoing on-line training to keep up with industry changes and trends.Technology sales representatives must have excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly solve problems and negotiate any challenge that may occur with customers. Technology sales agents need to be proficient in creating sales forecasts and able to communicate with superiors about any trends they are noticing with their customers. This information can be used to create better products and to troubleshoot existing products.
Technical Sales Director -Required Experience: 10+ years and more. Reports to the Vice President, Business Development, incumbent is responsible for directing technical response to all proposals and assisting sales staff in the presentation of technical information to customers. Director of Technical Sales will be responsible for management of the bids and proposals (B&P) budget. Work with engineering and services in coordination of bids and proposals, lead evaluation of proposal opportunities, and determine technical solutions. Development/management of all technical inputs to proposals. Work to evaluate opportunities at the federal and state level that go beyond our core market. Assist technical sales staff in development of technical presentations to customers.
Education/Experience Requirements: BA in an engineering or business discipline. At least 10 years engineering and marketing/project management experience in systems solutions. Must be able to understand and communicate the high level technical information to customers.
