Team Biography’s
 Managing Director
Duane Dallachiesa is a former United States Marine and government contractor employee. As a contractor, he has worked with large government contracting companies, since 2001. With customers such as Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Department of Information Systems (DISA), Department of State (DOS), Department of Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at its inception, Duane gained valuable knowledge and skills sets. Everything from field installations to information technology lead positions, Duane learned what it takes to accomplish contract goals and satisfy its customers both from an engineer and management perspective. He holds a B.S. in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems with a Minor in
Information Technology from George Mason University located in Fairfax, Virginia.
 Vice President of Operations & Staffing
Robert Houghton is Owner of Management Recruiters of Fairfax, Inc. an independently owned network affiliate of MRI International , an executive staffing company with primary focus on the Middle East and South Asia. He brings with him four overseas-based recruiting platform offices located in Pakistan, Yemen, Kenya, and Somalia. He graduated from Saint Bona venture University in with a BBA in 1980. He is also Board of Directors of Mideast Century Partners LLC, an international firm based on wall street (www.mcp-global.com). This is the entity that has the four overseas offices. He is the sole stock owner of the firm and President. Robert also attended UCLA School of Oriental Languages and is proficient in Japanese.
 Vice President of Information Technology & Network Security Services
Anthony Pangilinan brings with him over 13 years of technology experience. A subject matter expert in design, security and integration of web and network technologies. Anthony maintains several Information Security and Risk Management certifications including: Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP). Anthony currently does security consulting big law companies on the East coast.
